A genuine Canadian Maple shafted one piece cue hand spliced with and African Ebony. The butt is sixteen way' hand spliced with Maple Burl, American Holly and additional African Ebony.

There’s a lot going on in the splices of this cue but the subtle colours of the wood splices really work and don’t over power the cues looks.

*Ferrule Upgrade Options: As standard the cue comes fitted with a brass ferrule, but for a small customization fee you have the option to upgrade to a stainless steel or "state of the art" high grade premium titanium ferrule. The difference with our Tiger Cues ferrule upgrades is they are custom made in our workshop to fit your cue, not the other way round. There is a difference! Cues made to fit a pre made ferrule aren't necessarily as strong as they should be at the tip of the ash or maple. Our ferrules are always lathed to within micromillimeters to have the optimum ferrule wall thickness specific to that cue. This ensures the optimum ash or maple remains at its thickest to best support the ferrule whilst ensuring the ferrule itself is thick enough to handle ball impacts. Our UK based brass, stainless and titanium manufacturer has worked with us extensively to ensure the dimensions we use are perfect across all tip sizes in our range. All our cues are money back guaranteed to be perfectly straight and to have strong stiff shafts. This is extremely important to a good cue so time is taken on the wood selection process for both the ash and maple used for our shafts.

All of our cues are shipped in ready to play condition, we don't cut corners! The cue is fitted with a Tiger Cues - Black tip, shaped perfectly ready prepared for play. You don't need to do anything to the cue other than apply your favourite chalk!

The butt and shaft are finished with two differing cue finishing methods, with the butt finish being a little more robust. The entire finish will feel sleek and smooth whilst holding to allow for effortless shot making. We do not use any lacquer, just wood polish and sealants!

Our cue finish is a method taught to us by the legendary UK cue maker Kevin Muncaster (now retired) formerly of Barracuda and North West Cues. Arguably one of the UKs best ever cue makers, Kev mastered his finish over the past 30 years of cue making, and it really does transform a cue. Kevin has been working with Tiger Cues for over a decade now passing on his cue making, customization and repair knowledge to Darryl (our head cue maker) and the rest of the Tiger Cues team. You cannot buy instruction like it! All of Darryl and the teams cue work is now based on the techniques and tips handed down to us by Kev.
